CHS Free Heart Screening

CHS is conducting a free teen heart screening on Sunday, September 15th. This screening is for Sudden Cardiac Arrest syndrome which affects teens without showing any signs or symptoms. It's completely noninvasive and could just save a life.

Teens just need to have their parents fill out a screening packet (located at: www.EPSaveALife.org) and bring it to the screening on September 15th. Their goal is to screen 1000 students, so help them make it!
